Serving the Lord in Rio de Janeiro

We are so happy and honored to serve our Lord in this exciting Global City! It is a metropolis full of natural beauties like the sea, the mountains, and the tropical Atlantic rain forest and an amazing mix of cultures filled with lovely and kind people.

On the other hand, Rio is home to more than 700 Favelas (slums),  horrific violence, drug trafficking, tremendous social inequality, inadequate housing, and unacceptable abandonment and abuse of children.

"The Kingdom of God is the renewal of the whole world through supernatural forces [the cross of Jesus Christ]. When things are placed under Christ’s authority they are restored to health, beauty and Liberty!"(Pastor Tim Keller)
Our Vision & Mission:

Engaging Brazilian movement leaders and catalyzing healthy Acts 19 multiplication movements– resulting in one million lives impacted with the transformational power of the gospel.

We love these verses:

Isaiah 61: 1-4
The Year of the LORD's Favor
1 The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me,
because the LORD has anointed me
to preach good news to the poor.
He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim freedom for the captives
and release from darkness for the prisoners,
2 to proclaim the year of the LORD's favor
and the day of vengeance of our God,
       to comfort all who mourn,
3 and provide for those who grieve in Zion—
to bestow on them a crown of beauty
       instead of ashes,
       the oil of gladness
       instead of mourning,
       and a garment of praise
instead of a spirit of despair.
They will be called oaks of righteousness,
       a planting of the LORD
for the display of his splendor.
4 They will rebuild the ancient ruins
       and restore the places long devastated;
they will renew the ruined cities
that have been devastated for generations.
